Product Description

Our new Generation 2 Fairing Adapter converts your sub-par factory 5-1/4″ speakers to a wider range 6-1/2″ speaker. This Gen2 version addresses many of the issues we had with the original version.

  • Manufacturing time! Being 3D-printed, we could barely keep up with demand and have been in perpetual back-order almost since day one.
  • Design! We made these robust to accommodate for the stress and environment.
  • Fitment! We have had many customers indicate they had to remove material to install their speakers due to interference. These will now fit MANY more 6-1/2″ speakers with no modifications.
  • Durability! We have had these adapters out for many years now and while they have really stood the test of time, these new injection-molded adapters raise the bar.

These have 4 elongated holes to fit most 4-bolt speaker patterns. If you are installing a 5 or 6-bolt speaker, you will need to drill your own screw clearance holes. There are markings on top of the adapters to index your speakers for drilling holes.

We have not tested all of these but customer feedback states the following speakers will fit without modification (uos). Not all listed are marine grade. Most 6.5″ speakers require holes to be drilled into the cones to allow more air into the cone or you may remove the cones completely. We recommend you try both options to determine which sounds the best.
