Our Auxiliary Light Installation Kit works with the OEM hardware to make installing your new 4.5” LED daymaker-style passing lights to make what was once a time-consuming, tedious and messy process quick and easy! These require that the factory auxiliary light kit be installed. The Voyager already has them but they need to be added to the Vaquero.
*** NOTE: This part DOES fit 2011-2025 Vaquero. It first requires the installation of the Kawasaki Aux Light Kit #99994-1097 ***

These pieces make what used to be complicated and risky into an easy job that can be done fairly quick. Fit was great and build quality is top notch. Would recommend to everyone wanting to replace their aux. lights with something better!

These adapters make intalling led light easy. The only issue i have is they do not snap in like the video showed, on the front bezel or the rear mount for the light. I bumped the light and it popped right back apart. I had to add some apoxy to hold it in place and not fall out. Expensive little plastic!!!

EA did confirm that the customer installed the Sunpie brand LED lights. Sunpie was already known to be a fit issue requiring shims during our testing. We do state on the website that Sunpie will not fit without being shimmed. That being stated, the expoxy idea was a great solution.

Another excellent product from Randy, these adapters make adding LED driving lamps to your Voyager or Vaquero a breeze. They’re a perfect fit for my Xprite 4.5″ cree LED spotlights 6000K (from Amazon), and the color of those lamps was a perfect match for my JW Speaker 8700 Evolution 2 LED headlamp.

This was a simple kit to convert my vaquero from the stock halogen bulb to LED. I used Rogue Rider Industry 4.5” driving lights and everything snapped into place snugly.

Randy’s Video how to complete the Straight forward Install certainly made the dismantling and assembly easy. Adapter rings fitment was great only had to trim the locking position which only took a couple of minutes. I was able to remove the existing lights without removing the fairing through the two glove box compartments.

Some FYIs are:
Depending on the aux lights being installed, trimming may needed to the locking tabs on the adapters before the they’ll turn and lock into the front fascia of the headlight can.
Also, some glue will help to hold the aux light to the adapter ring before installing to the front facsia.

I did have to trim the ring approximately 2mm in 3 places so the ring and light would lock into place
not a major drama though
All emails where answered promptly and with the information required
With saying that, I did find that the rings are quite expensive for what they are, but are necessary for the ease of installation

Good quality and very simple to assemble, just needed to shave a little bit off the adapter slots that the LED lamps twist into…not a big deal. The whole project was not hard at all, I have a Voyager and just removed the glove box and speakers to swap the driving lights *much easier then removing the fairing! As far as which lights fit, I purchased the Truckmall LED kit for $105 which includes the 7 inch headlight and two 4 inch driving lights. This kit fits perfectly with both the auxiliary light and headlight adapters …also you can checkout the reviews on Amazon and Youtube, this kit was one of the highest rated LED kits out there.. highly recommended! And a special thank you to Randy for promptly answering all my emails and questions! (he was probably thinking “oh no not another email from this guy!….LOL)

Perfect fit! Thanks, Randy, for the adapters! They worked perfectly on the Rogue Rider Industries 4.5 lights. I watched the installation video prior to receiving the adapters and did all the prep work for the housing. Installation was less than 5 mins. My only complaint is the lead times are NOT listed on the product page for the auxiliary light mount kit as specified on the order confirmation after ordering the product. I’ve poured over the page and it’s not listed prior to ordering! Can’t wait to receive them though

Like some of the other people who left reviews, I found that I had to trim a small amount of plastic from each ring so that the plastic rings and the metal rings would lock together, but that was simple. My Vaquero had the Kawasaki auxiliary lights installed on it when I bought it (used), so my installation was very simple. And I bought the LED bulbs from EA. The instructional videos were very well done. My email questions were answered within 24 hours (usually faster). Great products, great service, great videos, easy installation, they look great and REALLY light up the road!

Vaquero owners MUST get the Kawasaki complete aux light system FIRST (Not cheap btw) and then buy the EA aux LED light/bracket kit >.< …WHY won't EA make a COMPLETE kit???????
