This adapter bracket allows the installation of a 7” LED headlight into your big Vulcan and Suzuki motorcycle! The patented, made in America bracket, is laser-cut and powdercoated with a black, durable finish. This bracket allows full use of the factory adjustment screws* and takes about 20 minutes to install using basic hand tools. This is the perfect solution to replace the weak factory headlight on your ride with a more powerful LED allowing you greater visibility. *Anytime a new headlight is installed, re-adjusting the aim is required*

Just received this great product, allows for a straight swap to the 7″ Daymaker style LED headlight. Easy install, watch the video once and you can do it. Makes it easy to aim the headlight and if something happens to the light, replacement is a snap. I had a “Modded” setup and purchased this unit because of the ease of installation and adjustment.
For me it was well worth the money.

Putting an LED H4 in the factory housing isn’t even close to what you get when you can install one of the many 7” LED units out there with this adapter. This is the only game in town that I know of to make this happen. The install video was very helpful; my only additional step was having to shim my LED unit for a tight fit. Thanks to the folks at Engineered Adapters!

Finally received them for my ’11 amd ’06 Vn900
Installation was relatively painless . It took about 90 minutes for both bikes. I could tell as soon as I took them out of the box I was dealing with a high quality part amd not some flimsy piece of junk. I also have a Vm1700 on the way and will be ordering a kit for it as soon as I can. The only drawback is when I ordered my lights they could not tell me of anyone that had an adapter to install the lights. But one quick Google search and Engineered Adapters was the first entry and after checking them out I knew my search was over.

I just got mine today! It was quick and easy to install on my 900 Classic LT. The only issue I had was getting the nylon nuts in ( had to pry out the wings a “tiny” bit on the adapter ). Looks Great! Thanks Guys!

It took about a week to arrive and in great shape. I did the installation in about 30-40 minutes. The only issue I encountered was that the nylon nuts wouldn’t push into the slots on the adapter. Quickly resolved by sanding the nylon nuts a bit, then a good push. The video instructions are spot-on. Looks great, especially with the chrome ring provided in the kit. A bit pricey but the quality and the finished product are worth it if you want ease and appearance. After installation I checked the beam alignment and it was perfect. No adjustment needed!

Install this Vulcan LED Headlight Mounting Ring on mine Vulcan 900 Classic LT yesterday. Easy to put together and easy to install. The LED Light (7″ Saddle Tramp with Halo) was a tight fit which I think is a good thing. This is the best solution for those Vulcan 900 Classic owners who want the the LED Headlights. Randy was a great help when I had questions. I think it is well worth the price.

Well made and was easy to install on my 900 classic. If you’re in Australia and looking at Stedi lights, the homage didn’t fit but the iris did and the light output is great. I tried an led globe first but was a waste of time. Thanks for the excellent customer service Randy.

I fits perfectly on a 2021 SUZUKI Boulevard C50. No mods needed, you’ll need to use the original back brackets from the headlamp, the black and silver one. Along with the screws and plastic screw nuts. Am very happy with it.

Well made and thought out. video was great and install was about 30 min. Only problem was stripped screws that Kawasaki put into the mix. Some counter sunk screws fixed that. Would buy again in a heartbeat. Great job!!!!

The adapter ring for my 2019 Vulcan 900 Classic lined up perfectly with the 7” LED headlight I purchased along time with the adapter ring. The location of the one screw is the only struggle for installation, but doable. Just take your time. It looks great on my bike.

Arrived quick, excellent fit. For a Suzuki C50, the mounting took a little bit of tweaking (6 o’clock screw is a really tight fit to get back in, and the nylon nuts needed a little sanding to fit in the mounting. Once that was done, it went in perfectly. Paired this with the 7″ headlight sold here, and wow, can I see better!

I purchased the headlight adaptor after much investigation trying to find one to fit Suzuki boulevard 1500.
Installation was a breeze.
I did however add electrical tape to the adaptor for a more snug fit.
Highly recommend company for product communication, product support, and follow up.
