After months of engineering R&D, beta testing and manufacturing hurdles, Engineered Adapters is proud to introduce our 7″ LED light mounting ring for the “other big Vulcans” (900cc+)!!
We received many requests from owners of other Vulcan’s after we introduced our mounting bracket for the Voyager and Vaquero.
This patent-pending design is a direct bolt-on kit and allows full use of the factory adjustment system!. You will need to purchase the LED light of your choice (look for HD-compatible lights) but there are no other hardware parts to purchase. The headlight will be plug-n-play with the factory harness (H4 plug) but If you purchase a headlight with add-ons like a halo, DRL or turn signals, you will need to wire that up separately.
As with any new headlight, you will need to readjust the aim after installation!

Just received this great product, allows for a straight swap to the 7″ Daymaker style LED headlight. Easy install, watch the video once and you can do it. Makes it easy to aim the headlight and if something happens to the light, replacement is a snap. I had a “Modded” setup and purchased this unit because of the ease of installation and adjustment.
For me it was well worth the money.

Putting an LED H4 in the factory housing isn’t even close to what you get when you can install one of the many 7” LED units out there with this adapter. This is the only game in town that I know of to make this happen. The install video was very helpful; my only additional step was having to shim my LED unit for a tight fit. Thanks to the folks at Engineered Adapters!

Finally received them for my ’11 amd ’06 Vn900
Installation was relatively painless . It took about 90 minutes for both bikes. I could tell as soon as I took them out of the box I was dealing with a high quality part amd not some flimsy piece of junk. I also have a Vm1700 on the way and will be ordering a kit for it as soon as I can. The only drawback is when I ordered my lights they could not tell me of anyone that had an adapter to install the lights. But one quick Google search and Engineered Adapters was the first entry and after checking them out I knew my search was over.

I just got mine today! It was quick and easy to install on my 900 Classic LT. The only issue I had was getting the nylon nuts in ( had to pry out the wings a “tiny” bit on the adapter ). Looks Great! Thanks Guys!

It took about a week to arrive and in great shape. I did the installation in about 30-40 minutes. The only issue I encountered was that the nylon nuts wouldn’t push into the slots on the adapter. Quickly resolved by sanding the nylon nuts a bit, then a good push. The video instructions are spot-on. Looks great, especially with the chrome ring provided in the kit. A bit pricey but the quality and the finished product are worth it if you want ease and appearance. After installation I checked the beam alignment and it was perfect. No adjustment needed!

Install this Vulcan LED Headlight Mounting Ring on mine Vulcan 900 Classic LT yesterday. Easy to put together and easy to install. The LED Light (7″ Saddle Tramp with Halo) was a tight fit which I think is a good thing. This is the best solution for those Vulcan 900 Classic owners who want the the LED Headlights. Randy was a great help when I had questions. I think it is well worth the price.

Massive improvement over the stock light!
Well made and was easy to install on my 900 classic. If you’re in Australia and looking at Stedi lights, the homage didn’t fit but the iris did and the light output is great. I tried an led globe first but was a waste of time. Thanks for the excellent customer service Randy.

I fits perfectly on a 2021 SUZUKI Boulevard C50. No mods needed, you’ll need to use the original back brackets from the headlamp, the black and silver one. Along with the screws and plastic screw nuts. Am very happy with it.
